1. Practitioner & Services
All treatments are provided by Ana Trida / Ana Trida Wellbeing Ltd, an independent practitioner. 
 
2. Appointments & Payments
Appointments must be booked in advance. Payment must be made in advance of the appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge, we require at least 48 hours notice. Appointments being cancelled, rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be liable to a late cancellation charge.
The charge will be the full fee of the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled.

4. Informed Consent
By attending your appointment, you confirm that:
– You have provided accurate and complete health information.
You understand the nature of the treatment and agree to proceed.

5. Data Protection
Your personal and medical information will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Information is used solely for treatment, clinical records, and communication purposes.
